This Refund & Return Policy explains how Banchroot handles order cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, and approved refund or replacement requests.

All sales on Banchroot are considered final once an order has been successfully delivered.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted after delivery. However, in limited situations such as damaged items, incorrect shipments, or confirmed delivery failures, requests may be reviewed for replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund.

2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items

Standard returns are not accepted once an order has been fulfilled.

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, altered, or used items
  • Products not stored under recommended conditions after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Requests based on personal preference or change of mind

Once an order enters processing or shipping, cancellation or return requests may not be approved.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the shipping label
  • Photos of the packaging condition
  • Photos of the affected product(s)

After review, Banchroot may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays

If your shipment appears delayed, we will first review tracking information and carrier updates.

If a package is reasonably confirmed as lost, a reshipment, store credit, or refund may be issued.

Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or high shipping volumes do not automatically qualify for compensation.

5. Cancellations and Order Changes

Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.

Orders that have not entered processing may be eligible for changes. Once an order is packed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
