Purpose

Branchroot Amino supplies materials intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. This policy describes who may access the catalog, how eligibility is confirmed, and the conditions that apply to every order. It applies to this website and to any order placed through it, together with the Terms of Sale.

Research use only

Every product is sold for research use only. Products are not drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, dietary supplements or foods; they are not approved by any regulatory authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease or condition; and they are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application to the body in any form. No statement on this website is a medical claim or medical advice.

Who may access the catalog

The catalog is available only to persons who confirm, under this policy and the Terms of Sale, that they are qualified researchers acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research and that they will handle those materials in accordance with applicable law and good laboratory practice. Access is an eligibility check, not a customer account: the confirmation is recorded for the visitor's browser and must be repeated when it expires.

How eligibility is confirmed

Before any product, price or ordering function is shown, the visitor must affirmatively accept each required statement and complete an automated verification that the request comes from a real person. Connections that cannot be attributed to an eligible location may additionally be asked to verify an institutional (.edu or .gov) mailbox. Branchroot Amino may decline, limit or revoke access at any time, without notice and without stating a reason.

Prohibited uses

Shipping and jurisdiction

Orders ship only to verified research addresses in the United States and Canada. Branchroot Amino refuses destinations outside those countries at checkout and reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be delivered to an address meeting this policy, or that is placed from a jurisdiction where the sale would be unlawful. Order review and cancellation

Branchroot Amino reviews orders for consistency with this policy. Any order may be cancelled and refunded before shipment at Branchroot Amino's sole discretion, including where the shipping address, the stated use or the purchaser's conduct is inconsistent with research use. Records

Eligibility confirmations, verification results and order details are retained as business records for compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, for as long as required by law and by Branchroot Amino's payment and shipping partners. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Payment partners and reviewers

Representatives of payment processors, card networks, banks, shipping carriers and regulators who need to review the catalog for compliance purposes may request review access by contacting Branchroot Amino through the support contact below. Such access is granted for review only and does not constitute eligibility to purchase.
